Your order will be packed by us lovingly and placed in the hands of UPS or DHL. If you are not at hom during the day, you can pick up your package at the UPS Access Point or at your local DHL post office.
Delivery conditions
We deliver only within Germany and the European Union (not Switzerland) by parcel service (UPS, DHL, dpd). The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days (from order; with prepayment from receipt of payment).
Prices and shipping fees
All prices include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs EUR 5.50 within Germany and 13.99 in other EU countries.
