Genuine barrel-stored GINRUM, which takes on the finest taste nuances of its six predecessors to shine with a new facet as a complete work of art.
Our neekaGINRUM keeps its sweetness during aging in sherry & port wine barrels that are not completely emptied.
American white oak barrels interweave their vanilla & caramel aroma with neeka's top note of mandarin. To further intensify this top note, our GINRUM is additionally aged in orange wine barrels, which give off the aroma of fresh orange and citrus, thus interweaving an unprecedented taste experience.

• 6 cl neekaGINRUM
• 2,5cl lemon juice
• 1,5cl Runny honey
• 1 shot of walnut bitter
• 2 hardened caramel as a garnish
Put neekaGINRUM, lemon juice, Runny Honey and walnut bitter with ice cubes in a tumbler and shake well. Garnish with two pieces of caramel.
